Your satisfaction is important to us. At ERPI, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call us for an issued RMA #, then return your purchase with a copy of its original invoice, or your www.endoscopeparts.com Order Confirmation E-mail Receipt for a credit to your next order or exchange of products.
Endoscopy Replacement Parts, Inc. enforces a 60 day return policy for unused products. All returns of unused products are accepted within 60 days of purchase, no questions asked. Beyond 60 days, a restocking fee of 25% of the original invoice will be added to returns of unused products.
